inch sells out

Issue 1 of inch sold out at the end of september! if you want a copy send us an email with your address and we can mail one to you, alternately we have scans of the whole thing which we will upload. Issue 2 will be coming out later this year (once folios are finished with, only 2 weeks left ughh).

ALSO exciting news, inch will become a home-made record label for us and all our friends who make music with us. By the end of october we will release a cd of songs for 1/4" tape loops and violin. November will bring some bitpop made on our mac plus. Check back for more details and you can always email us on inchzine@gmail.com if you want a copy of anything.

do unicorns dream of...?

We've been busy pasting up some woodcuts. Maybe you've discovered them around Fitzroy, but if not here are some photos.

We should have a short art/music video for you (shot on super8) in the coming month.

we have been up to our eyeballs with work. apologies for the radio-silence!  you can expect many-a-tasty treat soon. we are writing, shooting and recording a soundtrack for a short film which you should have by july. also stay tuned for a few photoshoots that have been along time coming!!

tapes and tapes

Just finished making a cassette, there's three at sticky in the exchange box and three at missing link on the floor next to Vice magazine. It's sort of noise/sound art and it has a dinosaur drawing on one side and a cat on the other so have a look. I'll upload a photo once I get around developing my film...

...and speaking of film we developed some of our photos last sunday, and we'll be uploading them soon. Here's one of mine to start with:

inch at sticky

Issue one is in sticky now! Check out the photo, isn't it exciting? Go grab a copy while you can, it's $8 and it's on the table in the middle. Sticky Institute is in the Degraves street subway that goes under Flinders street station. We'll be putting some issues in Missing Link soonish. You might see some posters for inch around the City and any universities we think are cool enough :)
